ASB RESORT AND HOTEL POLICIES AND REGULATIONS

Our ASB Resort and Hotel Policy and Regulations were last updated on November 25, 2022.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our venues, accommodations, and services.

GENERAL POLICY

  1. All guests must register at the Hotel Front Desk or Ticketing Booth
  2. All guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID at check-in.
  3. The hotel may use guests’ personal information for internal purposes only and will not disclose it to third parties, except as required by law.
  4. The hotel is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by guests during their stay, except where the hotel’s negligence causes such injury, loss, or damage.
  5. Smoking and/or vaping are strictly allowed only at the designated smoking area.
  6. The ASB Resort and Hotel will not be responsible for any loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
  7. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the ASB Resort and Hotel.
  8. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our policies or causes a disturbance.

Noise Policy

No parties, loud disturbances, and noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated from 9:00 P.M. to 5:00 A.M. In the event of a disturbance, one polite warning will be given. If Alona’s Summer Breeze Resort Hotel personnel’s warning is not followed, the guests will be asked to leave the area without a refund.

 

HOTEL

Hotel Booking Policy:

  1. Reservations can be made via our website, phone, or in person.
  2. A confirmed payment is required to secure your reservation.
  3. Payment is required in full at the time of check-in.
  4. Room rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Hotel Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled check-in time will not incur any charges.
  2. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled check-in time will be charged for the first night’s stay.
  3. No-shows will be charged for the first night’s stay.

Hotel Policy

  1. Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 NN.
  2. Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in.
  3. All guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID at check-in.
  4. Early check-in and late check-out will be charged PHP 500.00
  5. Check-out after 6 PM will be charged in the full-day room rate.
  6. Lost keys and Keycards will be charged PHP 500.00 per piece.
  7. All visitors of the guest must pay the entrance of PHP 150 if the visitor will stay until 10 PM, the hotel will automatically register them as guests with a corresponding charge.
  8. No entry at the lobby when wet. You can bring towels to the pool areas.
  9. This is a Non-Smoking Hotel and Resort, Room smoking and vaping violations will be charged PHP 2,000.00.
  10. Smoking and/or vaping are strictly allowed only at the designated smoking area.

Child Rate Policy

  1. 0-2 Years Old – Free of charge (w/o breakfast)
  2. 3-7 Years Old – Less than 50% of the published rate (w/ breakfast w/o bed)
  3. 8 years old and above – full paying guest (w/ breakfast and bed)

Room Accommodation

  1. Room rate is inclusive of plated breakfast/buffet
  2. Incidental deposit is refundable upon check-out if not utilized and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
  3. Checkout and all other billing transactions must be done at the front desk.

 

VILLA ESTELITA POLICY

Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 NN.

DEPOSIT

Villa Estelita by Alona’s Summer Breeze Resort Hotel requires the client to make a deposit fee of 20% of the total amount to confirm the reservation.  During peak seasons, all deposit payments are non-refundable and non-consumable. The definition of the peak season period will be determined by a unilateral decision of Alona’s Summer Breeze Resort Hotel Management.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The client is allowed to modify/cancel the reservation through email/phone call:

o   At least a month (30 days) prior to the arrival date – no cancellation fees, and a full refund of the deposit the amount shall be granted

o   At least 15 days prior to the arrival date – a 50% refund of the deposit amount shall be granted If the time for canceling without penalty has passed, the forfeiture amount will be 100%.

INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT

Upon registration, the client is asked for an incidental deposit of PHP 2,000.00. If the client and his/her party have no other charges (damage/loss of hotel property), a full refund of the incidental deposit fee is granted to the client.

 

RESORT POLICY AND REGULATIONS

General Rules and Guidelines:

  1. All swimmers must shower before entering the pool area.
  2. No food or drinks are allowed in the pool area.
  3. No glass containers are allowed in the pool area.
  4. All children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
  5. The pool may only be used during the designated hours of operation.
  6. The pool may be closed at any time due to maintenance or safety concerns.

Safety Rules:

  1. Running, diving, horseplay, and other dangerous activities are prohibited.
  2. Life jackets must be worn by all non-swimmers and children under 12 years of age.
  3. No one is allowed in the pool area during a thunderstorm or when lightning is present.
  4. No one is allowed to swim alone.
  5. In case of an emergency, notify a lifeguard or call 119.

Health Rules:

  1. Any person with open wounds, sores, or infections is not allowed in the pool area.
  2. Anyone who has had diarrhea within the past two weeks is not allowed in the pool area.
  3. No one is allowed in the pool area for contagious diseases or conditions.
  4. All swimmers must wear appropriate swimwear.
  5. No smoking is allowed in the pool area.

Guests:

  1. Members are allowed to bring guests to the pool area.
  2. Guests must be accompanied by a member at all times.
  3. Members are responsible for the behavior of their guests.
  4. A fee may be charged for each guest.

Enforcement:

  1. Lifeguards and pool staff have the authority to enforce all rules and regulations.
  2. Failure to comply with the rules and regulations may result in expulsion from the pool area.
  3. Repeat offenders may have their pool privileges revoked.
  4. By entering the pool area, all swimmers agree to comply with these rules and regulations. Failure to comply may result in expulsion from the pool area.

 

EVENT HALL

Settlement

  1. A reservation fee of Five Thousand Pesos (Ᵽ 5,000.00) is required upon confirmation which shall be deducted from your overall account. (INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT)
  2. 50% down payment at least three (3) weeks before the function date. No payment is received, the hotel has the right to cancel your booking and the Ᵽ 5,000.00 reservation fee will be forfeited.
  3. The remaining balance shall be paid ten (10) days before the event.
  4. All additional orders shall be settled right after the event.
  5. In case of cancellation of the contract, payments are non-refundable and non-consumable.

Catering Policy

  1. Changes/cancellations of the menu will not be honored one (1) week before the event.
  2. It is the hotel policy to prohibit guests from bringing in all kinds of food & beverages except for Lechon, wine & liquors.
  3. In case of unavailability of seasonal ingredients especially (seafood), the hotel may ask the client to reselect the menu.
  4. Changes to the agreement will not be honored during the event.
  5. Any leftovers during the event should be brought home by the client. The hotel holds no responsibility over leftovers not claimed.

Changes to ASB Resort and Hotel Policies and Regulations

At Our sole discretion, we reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use venues and services after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
